Booking Fee

A booking fee of $60 is required to secure your appointment. This fee is paid online at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations with Full Refund:

To receive a full refund of the booking fee, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling Policy:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so up to 24 hours before your appointment time without any penalty. The booking fee will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.

Cancellations or Rescheduling Within 24 Hours:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will be considered on a case-by-case basis as to if the booking fee will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

No-Shows:

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the booking fee will be forfeited.

Repeated no-shows will be considered on a case-by-case basis in regard to booking future appointments.
